An Amazonian Dining Experience

If you want some expensive exotic cuisine, La Chagra in El Poblado is the spot.

It’s a fixed 13 course Amazonian tasting menu, with an option to spice it up even more by getting the cocktail flights.

We couldn’t recall any of the weird ass food we ate, but here’s our photo reel (and an attempt to guess each dish).

Some sort of Amazonian shot with a Paisa who didn’t speak a lick of English (I swear she didn’t even know how to say “nice to meet you…” and everyone knows that one)
