A Late Night City View You Won’t Forget

El Segundo Mirador 👀

If you’re looking for a solid late night spot, El Segundo Mirador is the move. But first, bring a jacket. It gets chilly up there.

This spot is pretty high up, and to be honest, the area’s a tad sketchy. Just take an Uber. When you arrive (destination’s on the right), you’ll know you’re in the right place because you’ll hear it before you see it. Street races, modded BMWs revving their exhausts, motorcycles on wheelies….it’s basically Medellín’s version of Fast & Furious.

Now, before you do anything else, get yourself some hot chocolate. But here’s where things get interesting: they serve it with cheese. Yep, chocolate con queso is a real thing. Do we personally recommend it? Hard pass! We’re both very lactose intolerant. But if you decide to go for it, we need a full debrief.

Stick to the main area, and you’ll see a little cliff lined with trees. Give yourself 30 minutes, soak it in, take some pics, and then bounce. No need to linger.
